.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge north of the area will 
maintain mainly moderate easterly trade winds across the
regional waters through late Sun. Winds and seas will increase 
across the Atlantic waters by late Mon as a strong tropical wave
and associated low pressure currently along 52W move across the 
region. There is a high chance that this system will form into a 
tropical cyclone over the next several days as the low pressure 
center tracks NW across the waters NE of the Leeward Islands Sun
night and Mon and across the local outer Atlantic waters Mon and
Mon night.
