.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge north of the area will 
maintain mainly moderate easterly trade winds across the
regional waters through Sun. Winds and seas will increase 
across the Atlantic waters by late Mon as a strong tropical wave
and associated low pressure move across the region. There is a 
high chance that this system will form into a tropical cyclone 
over the next several days as the low pressure center tracks NW 
across the outer Atlantic waters.
