.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge north of the area will
maintain mainly moderate easterly trade winds across the 
regional waters through Sun. A tropical wave and associated low 
pressure will approach the northern Leeward Islands late Sun then
begin to move more NW and pass across or just north of the local
Atlantic waters Mon night through Tue night. move across the NE 
Caribbean late Sun through Mon, and across the local waters Tue. 
There is a high chance this low pressure will form into a 
tropical cyclone over the next several days. Regardless of 
further development, expect increasing winds, seas and 
thunderstorms north through east of the local islands early next
week.
