.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge north of the area will maintain 
mainly moderate easterly trade winds across the regional waters 
through early next week. A tropical wave and associated low
pressure will move across the NE Caribbean late Sun through 
Mon, and across the local waters Tue. There is a medium chance 
this low pressure will form into a tropical cyclone over the 
next couple of days.
