.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the area will maintain
moderate to fresh winds through late Sat. Looking ahead, a 
fairly strong tropical wave will move into the Windward Islands 
and northeastern Caribbean by Sat night, and into the north 
central Caribbean by Mon. This will bring gusty winds and 
showers.
