.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge will strengthen across the region
toward the end of the week. Mainly moderate to fresh trades will
prevail. Moisture associated with a tropical wave currently located
over the eastern Caribbean along 62W will reach the regional waters
late Thu into Thu night.
