.SYNOPSIS...A broad inverted trough located along 65W will move 
quickly westward across the regional Atlantic waters today
accompanied by scattered showers. The Atlantic ridge will 
strengthen across the region toward the end of the week as the 
trough exits to the west. Mainly moderate to fresh trades will 
prevail.
