.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge extends from SE of Bermuda to
near the NW Bahamas.  A broad inverted trough along 57W will 
move quickly westward across the regional Atlantic waters Tue 
night through Wed. The Atlantic ridge will strengthen across the
region toward the end of the week as the trough exits to the 
west.
