.SYNOPSIS...A large tropical wave is racing across the eastern 
Caribbean this morning and will move west the local region 
through tonight. This wave will produce a surge in wind and seas 
locally through Mon evening before marine conditions improve Tue
through Wed as high pressure weakens to the north of the area.
