.SYNOPSIS...A large tropical wave is moving through the eastern
Caribbean this evening and will move through the local region 
Sun through Sun night. This wave will produce a surge in wind and
seas locally tonight through Mon evening before marine 
conditions improve Tue through Wed as high pressure weakens to 
the north of the area.
