.SYNOPSIS...A large tropical wave approaching the Lesser Antilles
this morning will move through the region through Mon to produce
a surge in wind and waves locally beginning tonight. Winds and
seas are then expected to diminish late Mon through Wed as high
pressure weakens to the N of the area.
