.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave located over the Lesser Antilles 
will quickly move across the eastern and central Caribbean Sea 
later this week. Locally heavy rain with possible reduced 
visibility will occur over portions of the Lesser Antilles 
through tonight. Potential Tropical Cyclone Five near 9.6N 43.7W 
1008 mb at 5 PM EDT moving WNW at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds 
30 kt gusts 40 kt. Potential Tropical Cyclone Five is forecast to
intensify into a tropical storm late tonight near 10.2N 46.6W 
with maximum sustained winds 35 kt gusts 45 kt, reach near 11.1N 
51.0W Thu afternoon, near 12.4N 56.0W late Thu night with maximum
sustained winds 45 kt gusts 55 kt, near 13.8N 61.2W Fri 
afternoon with maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts 55 kt, near 
15.4N 66.3W late Fri night with maximum sustained winds 50 kt 
gusts 60 kt, and maintain intensity as it reaches near 17.0N 
70.9W Sat afternoon and inland eastern Cuba near 20.0N 77.0W Sun 
and to the eastern Gulf early next week.
