.SYNOPSIS...A trough near Puerto Rico will continue to support 
isolated showers across the local waters through today. 
Moderate to fresh trades are expected through mid- week with
gentle winds toward the end of the week. Northerly swell that has
impacted the Atlantic waters this weekend will taper off today.
