.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge extending from the NE Atlantic to the 
NE Caribbean will maintain moderate to fresh easterly winds 
across the region through Sun. Northerly swell will continue to 
affect the local Atlantic waters tonight, with a second pulse 
reaching the local waters and passages Sat night into Sun.
