.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will weaken and stall just north of the
area today, then gradually dissipate through Fri. A weak northerly
swell will move across the Atlantic waters late today through 
Fri followed by another swell over the weekend. Gentle to 
moderate winds will prevail over the forecast waters through Sun,
increasing to moderate to fresh early next week.
