.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front will stall across the area
tonight, gradually dissipating through Fri. Gentle to moderate 
winds will prevail over the forecast waters through Sun, 
increasing slightly in the Caribbean Sun night. A weak northerly
swell will move across the Atlantic waters Thu through Fri 
night, building seas slightly.
