.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front will pass north of the local
waters today. Gentle to moderate winds will prevail over the 
forecast waters through Sun, increasing slightly Sun night, and
except locally fresh winds in the Mona Passage late today. A 
weak northerly swell will move across the Atlantic waters Thu 
through Fri night, increasing seas slightly.
