.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the central Atlantic will 
maintain generally gentle winds over the Atlantic forecast 
waters, and mainly moderate winds over the Caribbean waters
through the next few days. Otherwise, northerly swell will 
continue to impact the Atlantic waters through the forecast 
period.
