.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle variable winds are expected across 
the Atlantic waters from this afternoon through Wed, shifting to
NE gentle to moderate winds Wed evening through Thu. Gentle to
moderate trades in the Caribbean waters will become light to
gentle variable winds tonight into Wed morning. Gentle to
moderate NE to E winds are expected afterwards through Thu
morning. Otherwise, north to northeast swell will impact the 
Atlantic waters through the forecast period.
