.SYNOPSIS...Although marine conditions will continue to improve, 
choppy seas are still expected across the local Atlantic waters 
and passages through at least early next week due to a northerly 
swell. Light winds will prevail from Mon through Wed. Gentle to 
moderate trade winds and 3 to 6 ft seas will prevail elsewhere 
through mid-week.
