.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will prevail across the
Atlantic waters, and moderate to fresh across the Caribbean
waters through the next several days. Another northerly swell 
will invade the local waters today, resulting in choppy seas.
A remnant frontal trough lingering over the area will result in 
isolated to scattered shower activity at times through the end of
the week.
