.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds across the Atlantic waters 
will persist through tonight, diminishing to gentle to moderate 
thereafter. Mainly moderate winds will prevail in the Caribbean
waters through the week. A northerly swell is causing choppy 
seas for the local Atlantic waters, extending into the Mona 
Passage, lasting into Tue. Isolated to scattered showers are 
forecast across the local waters through Tue as a cold front 
stalls and gradually dissipates across the Atlantic waters.
