.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong winds across the Atlantic waters will
persist through Mon night, diminishing to gentle to moderate
thereafter. Gentle to moderate winds in the Caribbean will
increase to moderate Mon through the week. A northerly swell is
causing choppy seas for the local Atlantic waters, extending 
into the Mona Passage, lasting into Tue. Isolated to scattered 
showers are forecast across the local waters through Tue as a
cold front stalls and gradually dissipates across the Atlantic
waters.
