.SYNOPSIS...Tranquil marine conditions along with light to  
moderate E to SE winds will prevail today. A northerly swell 
will invade the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages Sun night
into Mon. Isolated to scattered showers with possible isolated 
thunderstorms are forecast today through Mon as a cold front 
stalls out and dissipates just northwest of the area.
