.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will prevail through most of
the week, increasing to fresh on Mon night as a front approaches
Hispaniola. Another northerly swell is expected to invade the 
Atlantic waters and local passages Sun night through Tue. This 
will cause choppy to hazardous marine conditions. Isolated to 
scattered showers will continue over the local waters for the 
next several days.
