.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh trade winds will prevail 
across the local waters through the early part of the weekend 
before winds diminish to gentle to moderate as a cold front 
stalls and weakens just northwest of the area through early next 
week. Large northerly swell behind the front will impact the
Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages Sun through Sun night.
