.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail across 
the regional waters today. A cold front will approach the Atlantic
waters of Puerto Rico on Wed, bringing fresh to locally strong 
winds Tue night into Wed. Northerly swell will reach the local 
Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages late tonight and is 
expected to subside by Thu.
