.SYNOPSIS...Mainly moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail
across the regional waters through Tue. A cold front will
approach the Atlantic waters of Puerto Rico on Wed, bringing
fresh to locally strong winds Tue night into Wed. Northerly 
swell will reach the local Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages
by Tuesday night and is expected to subside by Thursday.
