.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trade winds can be expected on the Atlantic
waters of Puerto Rico through Tue, with moderate to fresh winds 
on the Caribbean waters, including the Mona Passage. A cold 
front will move north of the area on Tue night, bringing an 
increase of fresh trade winds across the region, particularly 
across the Caribbean waters. These conditions are expected to 
continue through Fri. Expect northerly swell to approach the 
Atlantic coast of Puerto Rico and the Mona Passage on Tue night 
through Thu night.
