.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trade winds can be expected on the Atlantic
waters of Puerto Rico through Tue, with moderate to fresh winds 
on the Caribbean waters, including the Mona Passage. A cold 
front will sweep north and east of the area on Tue, bringing an 
increase in winds across the region, particularly across the 
Caribbean waters. These conditions are expected to continue 
through Fri.
