.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the central Atlantic will weaken
through Sun. Mainly moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail. 
A stationary front extending from 21N65W across the Dominican 
Republic to 19N73W will dissipate later today. A broad trough 
will develop across the Atlantic waters this weekend.
