.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure across the western Atlantic 
will support fresh winds and building seas in mixed NW and NE 
swell over the Atlantic waters through tonight. A stationary 
front from the central Atlantic to the northwest Dominican
Republic will drift NW into the southeast Bahamas and gradually 
dissipate through Fri. A broad trough will develop across the 
regional Atlantic waters through the weekend.
