.SYNOPSIS...Building high pressure across the western Atlantic 
will support fresh winds and building seas in mixed NW and NE 
swell over the Atlantic waters through Thu. A stalled cold front
from the central Atlantic to N central Hispaniola will drift NW 
into the SE Bahamas and gradually dissipate through Thu night. A
broad trough will develop across the regional Atlantic waters 
Fri through the weekend.
