.SYNOPSIS...Building high pressure north of the area will 
support fresh winds and building seas in mixed NW and NE swell 
over the Atlantic waters tonight through midweek as a cold front
stalls from the central Atlantic to the Dominican Republic 
through Tue. The front is expected to then drift NW into the SE 
Bahamas through Thu.
