.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds will prevail across the waters today 
as a cold front approaches the region. Building high pressure 
north of the area will support fresh to strong winds and building
seas over the Atlantic waters tonight through midweek as the 
cold front stalls from the central Atlantic to the Dominican 
Republic.
