.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the 
local waters today as a cold front moves through the southern 
Bahamas. Building high pressure north of the area will support 
fresh to strong winds and building seas over the Atlantic waters 
late Mon through Wed as a cold front stalls from the Dominican 
Republic to the central Atlantic.
