.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the 
local waters into Mon as a cold front moves through the central 
and southern Bahamas. Building high pressure north of the area 
will support fresh to strong winds and building seas over the 
Atlantic waters late Mon through Wed as a cold front stalls 
over the Dominican Republic.
