.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the 
local waters into Mon as a weakening cold front moves through the
central and southern Bahamas. Moderate N swell will dominate 
regional waters through Fri. Building high pressure north of the 
area will support fresh to strong winds and building seas over 
the Atlantic waters late Mon through Tue as a cold front stalls 
across Hispaniola.
