.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong easterly winds will decrease to
moderate to fresh on Mon and to gentle to moderate on Tue.
Gentle to moderate winds will then continue through the 
remaining forecast period. Otherwise, large northerly swell will
continue to impact the Atlantic waters through Mon night.
