.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong trade winds will continue across the
regional waters through early Thu evening. Fresh winds will 
gradually decrease to gentle to moderate by Fri night and prevail
through the early Sun evening when winds will increase again to
moderate to fresh. Northerly swell will continue to affect the Atlantic
waters through Fri.
