.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure over the central Atlantic will
maintain fresh trade winds across the forecast waters through
the end of the week. Winds will increase to strong speeds over 
the Atlantic waters Wed night. Northerly swell will continue to 
affect the forecast waters through the period.
