.SYNOPSIS...Northerly swell will continue to affect the regional
waters while gradually subsiding. Moderate to locally fresh 
winds will continue from the southeast through tonight, then 
become gentle to moderate by midweek. A cold front will move over
the Atlantic waters by the end of the workweek, increasing winds
once again and turning them from the east to northeast.
