.SYNOPSIS...Large long-period N swell over the northern regional
waters will gradually diminish through Tue morning. Moderate to
fresh SE winds across the area will prevail through Tue, then 
diminish to mainly gentle to moderate speeds through Wed. NE 
moderate winds will start affecting the region Thu and shift to 
E winds Fri. Trade winds will then increase to moderate to fresh
through Sat evening.
