.SYNOPSIS...Large northerly swell associated with a cold front
that extends from near 23N65W to NW Haiti will reach the 
Atlantic forecast waters late tonight. The cold front will become
stationary from near 22N60W to vicinity of Puerto Rico early Sat
and gradually weaken through Sun. Hazardous surf conditions are 
expected along north-facing coastlines this weekend.
