.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades will prevail through this
evening, then resume again Fri evening as a cold front approaches
the region and linger through dissipation by Sun evening.
Conditions will gradually improve Tue. Vigorous northerly swell 
is forecast to affect the area Fri through early next week 
resulting in hazardous seas.
