.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades will prevail through the
next next several days. A northerly swell will continue to 
affect the Atlantic waters and local passages through tonight, 
resulting in hazardous seas. More tranquil seas are expected 
Thu and Fri. A more vigorous northerly swell is forecast to 
affect the area by the upcoming weekend.
