.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front south of Puerto Rico will
dissipate tonight with fresh NE trade winds behind it through 
Thu morning. N swell will impact the Atlantic waters and NE 
Caribbean passages tonight through Wed, with additional pulses of
larger N swell reaching the same area Fri night through Sun.
Another cold front will move across the area Fri night through
Sun.
