.SYNOPSIS...Mainly gentle to moderate winds will prevail through
tonight across the Atlantic waters, with moderate to fresh winds
across the Caribbean waters. A cold front will approach Puerto 
Rico Mon night, bringing fresh to strong NE winds. Northerly 
swell will impact the NE Caribbean passages Mon night into Tue 
night, with additional pulses of N swell reaching the same area 
Fri night.
