.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate breezes will persist over the
waters. Building high pressure north of the area will support an
increase in winds and seas across the region by early next week.
N swell will impact the Atlantic waters today through Sat, with 
another set impacting the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages 
early next week.
