.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate breezes will persist over the
Caribbean waters. Building high pressure north of the area will 
support an increase in winds and seas across the region by early
next week. Northerly swell will impact the Atlantic waters Fri
through Sat, with another set impacting the waters early next
week.
